Dear Valued VYBRNT SMS User,

Australia’s communications regulator, ACMA, has introduced a mandatory Sender ID registration process for all businesses sending branded SMS. From mid-2026 (July 1st), unregistered Sender IDs will be blocked from delivery by Australian carriers. To ensure uninterrupted SMS delivery, all branded Sender IDs must be submitted for registration prior to this deadline. We recommend actioning this as soon as possible to avoid any disruption to your campaigns.

What is a sender ID? It’s generally your business name, but a shortened version, 11 characters or less. We suggest you confirm your desired SMS Sender ID prior to submitting the following form. You can also book a call with us, if needed.

For example, a business like Sunrise Home Loans sending from the Sender ID SunriseHL would need to have that ID registered and approved before any SMS reaches their customers.
